Beyond The Mat

Beyond The Mat is an independent film written by Eric Martinez. It was filmed in 2005, with the final screenplay being released in February 2022.

Initially, producer Henry K. Priest hired me as an intern for the Downtown Los Angeles Film Festival. Within the month of my giring, his film, Beyond The Mat, was being released. He decided to move me to an independent position as the Marketing Director for this film. I was an integral part of the theatrical release of this award-winning film and traveled to Bakersfield, California, for its first public screening at an AMC theatre.
